The integrated benefits marketplace on Bonrepublic makes it possible to incentivize the performance and success of employees according to their individual needs. This means that employees can choose the benefits they really want.

The Benefit Marketplace can be filled with the individual benefits of the company or / and with partners of Bonrepublic, such as Mango, Amazon, etc.. Through an integrated payment system and the link to the features Recognitions, Challenges and Goals in the platform, achievements and successes can be incentivized easily and transparently.

The integrated payment system of "bons" can be provided with virtual bonus points without monetary value behind them or as real vouchers with monetary value.

In the virtual wallet, a distinction is made between "bons for sharing" and "bons for spending":

• "Bons to share" are the amount of bons available to employees* and managers to share via recognitions, challenges or goals.
• "Bons to spend" can be collected via recognitions, participation in challenges, or reaching a goal and then used for purchases in the Benefit Marketplace.
• The       voucher       process       can       therefore        look        like        this: Employee A has 30 "bons to share" in her virtual wallet. She wants to thank employee B

for his support in a project with a token of appreciation and attaches another 10 tokens here. Employee B then receives the 10 vouchers as "vouchers to spend" for the marketplace. Employee B goes to the Benefit Marketplace and gets a voucher at MyDays for the vouchers.

The management of vouchers and purchases takes place in the "Bon allocation" area and can be controlled by the administrators. In this area, "bons for sharing" or "bons for spending" can also be assigned directly by the administrators at any time.
