Challenges serve to solicit ideas from employees, create motivation for common goals and bring transparency to projects. In this way, challenges can be solved together and quickly. Two types of challenges are available for this purpose: Target challenges and competitions.
Depending on the settings, challenges can only be created by administrators or by all employees.
Goal challenges can be used to map a quantitative team goal or in the form of checklists to map a process or various tasks
Ex: Revenue goals, onboarding, project tasks.
Competitions can be used to solicit ideas from employees on important topics such as digitization or to hold competitions on topics such as fitness.
