How do I create summed Sub Goals?

Users can create additional subgoals starting from the goal for which they are entered as the owner. To create a subgoal, you must first select whether it is a summed or weighted goal.

A summed goal can be chosen to represent purely quantitative goals. The decisive factor here is that the subgoals are subsequently summed up without weighting in the superordinate goal and all have the same measurement.

The type of target always applies to the entire level of sub-targets and therefore only needs to be selected for the first sub-target of that level.

The creation of the summed subgoal is done in the following steps:

  1. Click on "Add subgoals" in the parent goal and select "Summarized goal
  2. Add title, description and optionally files
  3. Target can be specified by a initial- an endvalue. The Target measurement for a goal with a intial- an endvalue is already set by the main goal.

The owner, approver and start- and enddate are taken automatically from the main goal but can also be set individually.
