What is the Goal feature?

The Goals section is used to visualize and coordinate goals at the company, department and/or employee level. Goals can thus be presented transparently and cascaded.

Both OKRs and classic target agreements can be imported and tracked throughout the year. The comment function in each target allows them to be reconciled and discussed.

The visibility of the goals can be individually adjusted by setting the owner. All goals that are below the goal for which an employee or manager is entered as the owner are visible, while the goals above and at the same level are not. After creation, goals are initially in "draft" status and only become visible to all participants after publication.

A distinction is made between weighted and summed target trees. A type of target is selected per level and refers to all targets of this level. When adding another level, the type of goal is determined again.

When creating weighted goals, they can be weighted in the parent goal after creation to prioritize the goals differently. This is especially important for target agreements and OKRs.

When creating summed goals, these automatically add up without weighting in the superordinate target. This is particularly important for purely quantitative targets, e.g. in sales.
