How to set-up the Slack integration?

The Slack integration allows you to connect your slack workspace with Bonrepublic and notify users in Slack about events in Bonrepublic. Currently users in Slack get notified for the following events in private notifications in Bonrepublic App:

An Admin in Bonrepublic can enable or disable for which events people should be notified via Slack. 

Slack Integration set up:

Only people that are the admin in Bonrepublic and Slack workspace can set-up the integration. 

1. In Bonrepublic go to "Settings" > "Slack"

2. Click "Connect" Button on the top of the page

3. You will be redirected to Slack page to give the permission for the integration

4. Make sure the correct workspace is selected in the top right corner 

5. Allow all permissions for the workspace by clicking on allow button 

6. Bonrepublic will automatically match the accounts of your Slack users with your Bonrepublic user accounts by e-mail
