The feedback feature makes it possible to flexibly give and receive feedback on performance and competencies from different perspectives. The perspectives manager, colleague, employee, self- reflection and stakeholder can be mapped.
The basis of the feedback is the competencies of the respective role profile of the employee, which can be viewed in the positions. The competencies are formulated in questions or statements via a questionnaire and evaluated in a session in which the different perspectives are selected. The different components are described in more detail below.
Structure of the feature consists of the following tabs:
- My feedback questionnaires:
Contains all questionnaires in which feedback is to be given to other people
- My Feedback Session:
Includes the results of your own feedback
- Feedback Sessions:
Consists of three items which all serve to manage and create feedback
