The "Restrictions" section under the "Settings" can be viewed and edited only by administrators and is used to manage and control the distribution of bons through acknowledgements.

• Add bons for recognition:

The first setting concerns the use of receipts in the Recognitions feature. If this item is not checked, no bons can be issued via recognitions.

• Maximum amount in a recognition:

The second setting concerns the maximum number of bons that can be given in a recognition.

• Maximum amount that a team member can send to another team member (per month):

This setting limits the number of bons that a team member can give to the same person in a month through recognitions.

• Maximum number of acknowledgements a team member can send to another team member (per month):

The last setting refers to the maximum number of acknowledgements a team member can give to the same person in a month, regardless of bons.

To clarify the settings, a small example based on the numbers entered in the photo: Lisa would like to thank Lena for the great training, for this she can issue a recognition with up to 10 bons, which she does In the same month Lisa wants to thank Lena again for her support in a project and now she can create another recognition, but she can only add 5 bons, because she can give a maximum of 15 bons to Lena in one month. Now Lisa can only give one more recognition to Lena this month because she has reached the maximum of 3 recognitions per month and cannot add any more receipts to this recognition because the maximum of 15 receipts has already been reached.
