How do I create a recognition?

Each user can create a recognition for a colleague:

  1. Under the menu item Recognition click "Create Recognition
  2. Select person to be recognized
  3. Select recognition from the templates and further customize or add photo, title and text yourself
  4. Select competencies and core values that were the primary focus of performance
  5. Optionally add vouchers for recognition to be spent in the marketplace.

Note: Vouchers can only be added if this is enabled in the company settings and if there are still vouchers available for sharing. The available vouchers are displayed in the upper right corner next to the profile picture.
